Mostly first-come standing room with limited bench seating along the walls and in the mezzanine. To get a seat, arrive early or request ADA/special seating in advance by email.

All ages unless a show states otherwise (6+ for all-ages shows). On Thursday–Saturday nights the restaurant, bar, and beer garden turn 21+ after 10pm.

Doors are typically about an hour before showtime, but times vary by event and are listed per show. The restaurant and beer hall are open daily from 11:30am to late.

The box office at the 2110 Durant Ave entrance opens about an hour before doors (cash and cards); advance tickets are via TIXR online or at the bar during business hours. No stated in-person fee waiver.
