GAMH says it 'prides itself on ensuring everyone gets to see the show.' Email info@gamh.com or call the box office at 415-885-0750 a day or two ahead to request accommodations. The main floor is reachable at street level via a medium-grade ramp from the lobby, and there is designated ADA seating/viewing on a call-ahead, first-come basis with an accessible restroom available. The upper balcony involves stairs and elevator-to-balcony access is not consistently confirmed — verify directly if you need it. Accessible street parking is very limited; use a nearby garage.

Most shows are standing-room on the main oak floor, with limited first-come seating in the second-floor balcony (table-and-chair seating overlooking the stage). Per GAMH, 'seating is limited, varies among shows, and is first come, first served.' On select nights a 'Dinner + Show' ticket includes reserved balcony seating. To guarantee a seat, buy a dinner/reserved ticket when offered or arrive early.

All ages 6 and up by default. If a show is age-restricted (18+ or 21+) it's noted in the event description; valid government ID required for age-restricted entry or alcohol.

Door and set times vary by event and are listed on each show's page. The venue advises arriving no later than 30 minutes before start. Typical evening doors are around 7–8pm with the headliner roughly 1.5–2 hours later; confirm per show since GAMH doesn't publish a single standard schedule.

Box office at 859 O'Farrell St, open Fridays 12–5pm and on show nights (typically from ~5pm). Buying in person avoids online service fees — per GAMH you can 'purchase a ticket without additional fees at the box office.'

Two full bars (nine rotating drafts, wine, spirits, craft cocktails) plus a kitchen serving casual food, with a 'Dinner + Show' option on select nights. No outside food or drink. Re-entry policy and coat check aren't documented — confirm with the venue.

Use the 1000 Van Ness Garage (Polk & O'Farrell), about half a block away, with validated parking that usually stays open late on show nights. Street/accessible parking nearby is very limited. Transit: Muni lines along Van Ness and Polk; nearest BART is Civic Center (~0.7 mi, a 12–15 min walk).

The balcony 'Dinner + Show' option gives reserved seats with table service; some events add VIP/premium packages outlined per-show. Availability is event-specific.
