General admission, mostly standing room on the main floor in front of the stage. A balcony/mezzanine overlooks the floor with limited first-come seating (and a second bar at some events). No reserved seating — arrive early to claim a balcony spot.

Varies by event — Rickshaw hosts both all-ages and 21+ shows (the long-running Popscene night is often all ages). Check the specific event listing; minors are generally admitted with a no-drink wristband on all-ages nights.

Times vary by show — confirm on the event page. Popscene events list a standard doors 8pm / show 9pm, and shows generally wrap by roughly 11pm–midnight (later for club nights). Patrons note door and set times can run off schedule.

The in-person box office is open Wednesdays 1–3pm, where you can buy most shows with no service fees. Otherwise tickets are online (See Tickets, Eventbrite) and at the door on show nights — there's no full daily box office.

Full bar on the main floor, plus an upstairs second bar for some events. Coat check is available at certain events. Re-entry isn't published and depends on the show — confirm at the door.

Nearest BART is Civic Center/UN Plaza; Muni Metro is at Van Ness & Market plus many bus lines. No venue lot — use metered street parking on Van Ness/McAllister/Grove or nearby garages (Civic Center, Performing Arts, Hayes Valley).
