Wheelchair accessible — the cafe, music hall, and restrooms are all accessible. Request wheelchair seating or other accommodations by emailing boxoffice@sweetwatermusichall.org as soon as you buy your ticket; ADA seats are limited, so it's not fully guaranteed, but the venue will do its best.

General-admission shows are mostly standing room — a seat is never guaranteed at a GA show, though limited first-come seating may exist. Some shows are sold as reserved/seated, so check the event. Arrive at doors for the best shot at a seat.

Varies by show — most are all ages (no babes in arms) unless noted, and some are 21+. Everyone needs a ticket and checks in at Will Call for an age wristband.

Doors and Will Call typically open an hour before showtime (often 7pm for an 8pm show; some shows have earlier 5–6pm doors). Exact headliner and end times vary by event.

Full bar with craft cocktails (the signature 'Rock & Rye') plus the Rock & Rye Cafe serving locally sourced food (open until 9pm on show nights) and a weatherproofed patio. Re-entry and coat-check policies aren't published — confirm with the venue.

Ample parking in downtown Mill Valley public lots (the venue asks you to avoid residential Bayview and Lovell Aves). There's no BART in Marin — Marin Transit and Golden Gate Transit buses serve Mill Valley.
